HANA LAYER CAKE

INGREDIENTS :

100 gr

  HANA EMAS Flour

10 gr

  Corn Startch

20 gr

  Milk Powder

3 butir

  Egg

5 butir

  Egg Yolk

10 gr

  Cake Emulsifier

145 gr

  Sugar

120 gr

  Soybean Oil

5 gr

  Vanilla Paste

For Topping

  Icing Sugar

CREAM :

500 gr

  Shortening

500 gr

  Soft Cream

350 gr

  Condensed Milk

3 gr

  Vanilla Paste

Add all of the ingredients above into one bowl until the mixture rise up. Ready to use

SYRUP :

100 gr

  Simple Sirup

15 gr

  Vanilla Paste

Mix well all the ingredients above.

HOW TO MAKE :

  1. Sift the HANA EMAS Flour, corn startch, and milk powder. Put aside
  2. Beat up all of the eggs, egg yolk, and sugar until it combined and slightly rise.
  3. Add cake emulsifier, stir with high speed in the mixer until it rise up and thicken.
  4. Add all of the dry ingredients gradually and stir it with low speed.
  5. Pour soybean oil and vanilla paste into the mixture.
  6. Spread the mixture into the 40 cm x 60 cm lined baking tray.
  7. Bake in 190° C of top fan and 175° C for the bottom fan for 15 minutes until it baked perfectly.
  8. Let it cool and slice them into 25 cm x 25 cm.
  9. Enjoy!

FINISHING :

  1. Put one layer of the cake and pour the syrup mixture.
  2. Spread the cream on top of the first layer and then put the second layer on it.
  3. Repeat the step four times.
  4. Decorate the cake with icing sugar and cocoa powder.
  5. Garnish with fresh fruit and chocolate if needed. (Optional)
