SARANG SEMUT CAKE

INREDIENTS :

250 gr

  BOLA SALJU All Purpose Flour

7 butir

  Egg

250 gr

  Caramel

100 gr

  Condensed Milk

4 gr

  Baking Soda

4 gr

  Baking Powder

2 gr

  Vanilla Powder

250 gr

  Melted Margarine

CARAMEL :

250 gr

  Granulated Sugar

100 gr

  Water

HOW TO MAKE :

  1. Pour the water into a pan. Add granulated sugar and heat over medium-high heat.
  2. Beat well the eggs and add BOLA SALJU All Purpose Flour that has been mixed with Baking Soda, Baking powder and Vanilla Powder, mix well. Then add condensed milk, mix well.
  3. Add the caramel mixture and melted margarine, stir well. Pour the mixture into the buttered and floured tulban tray.
  4. Bake in 170° C for 45 minutes until it cooked.
  5. Pull out from the tray and let it cool.
  6. Enjoy!
