BUTTER SOFT CAKE

INGREDIENTS :

200 gr

  Butter

125 gr

  Fine Sugar

100 gr

  Egg

1 gr

  Vanilla Powder

50 gr

  Full Cream Milk

325 gr

  BOLA SALJU All Purpose Flour

125 gr

  Chocolate Sprinkles

HOW TO MAKE :

  1. In a bowl, combine butter, fine sugr, and vanilla powder, stir well in a low speed.
  2. Fasten the mixer into medium speed until the mixture rised up. Add eggs constantly while it stirring. Make sure is not over mix.
  3. Add flour gradually into the mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour Milk, stir well. Then add the chocolate sprinkles.
  5. Pour the mixture until it covers ¾ of the tray's height.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven in 170° C for about 35 minutes or until it's baked evenly.
  7. Let it cool and Enjoy!
