  • 1000 gr GOLDEN EAGLE Flour
  • 15 gr Instant Yeast
  • 3 gr Bread Improver
  • 40 gr sugar
  • 30 gr Milk Powder
  • 15 gr salt
  • 8 gr Japanese Bamboo Charcoal / Charcoal
  • 1 btr Egg
  • 30 gr Butter / Margarine
  • 450 gr cold water


  • 500 gr Pastry Margarine / Butter


  • 20 pcs Smoked Beef / Beef Burger
  • 20 pieces of Cheese Slice
  • 100 gr Mayonnaise
  • 10 pieces of Lettuce
How to Make
  • Mix GOLDEN EAGLE Flour, instant yeast, bread improver, granulated sugar, powdered milk, salt, and charcoal in a bowl.  Mix thoroughly using a low speed mixer.
  • Add the eggs and cold water, then stir until it forms a dough.
  • Add butter, change to medium speed, stir for 7 minutes.
  • Leave the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes, cover with plastic.
  • Thin the dough to a width using a rolling pin / mill, put the margarine pastry, cover tightly.
  • Thin it again and fold it using the single method, let it sit in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Take it out of the freezer and then thin it again using a rolling pin with a rectangular shape to a thickness of 10mm, single fold, let stand in the freezer for 15 minutes, do single fold 1x again.
  • Thin the dough to 4mm thick, then cut it (Height = 12, and Width = 8), then roll into a croissant
  • Let the dough rise in proofing for 30-40 minutes.  Brush with egg yolk.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200⁰C until cooked.
  • Remove and let cool.
  • Once cool, cut the croissant into 2 fillings.
  • Fill with meat and vegetables according to taste.
  • Ready to be served.
