Ingredients
INGREDIENTS A
- 350 gr Butter
- 100 gr refined sugar
- 100 gr sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence

- 2 Egg Yolks

- 100 gr Parmesan Cheese / Cheese Powder
- 250 gr Sago Flour (already in sangria)
- 250 gr HANA GOLD Flour
- 150 gr Dried Coconut
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
INGREDIENTS D
- 3 Egg Whites
- 350 gr Refined Sugar
- 1 tsp Cream of Tar-tar
- 100 gr Dried Coconut
- 5 gr Pandan Essence
How to Make
- Mix and stir ingredients A until blended and fluffy.
- Add ingredient B, stir until stiff.
- Add ingredient C, duk until blended.
- Roll the dough lengthwise with a size of 1. 5 cm.
- Cut the dough with a size of 1. 5 cm x 3 c.
- Polish the dough with ingredients D (mixture of egg white, powdered sugar and cream of tar-tar) which has been stirred until it expands stiff.
- Give a sprinkling of dry coconut mixed with pandanus.
- Bake in the oven at 150 suhuC for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 100 C, bake for 5 minutes.
- Take it out and chill.
- Ready to be served according to taste.
