- 1000 gr GOLDEN EAGLE Flour
- 120 gr sugar
- 18 gr Instant Yeast
- 3 gr Bread Improver
- 15 gr salt
- 80 gr Butter / Margarine
- 1 egg
- 500 gr cold water
- 500 gr Butter Sheet Pastry / Korsvet
TOPPING INGREDIENTS
- 300 gr Instant Vla
- 600 gr Liquid Milk
- 30 gr Egg White
- 300 gr Refined Sugar
- Sufficiently Rose Berry
- Sufficiently Black Berry Fruit
How to Make
HOW TO MAKE A PASTRY
- Mix GOLDEN EAGLE Flour, sugar, instant yeast, bread improver, and salt. Stir until well blended.
- Add the eggs and water, then mix until it forms a dough.
- Add butter, increase the mixer speed to medium for 5-6 minutes (make sure it is not smooth).
- Remove and let the dough stand for 1-3 hours in the freezer.
- Thin the dough with a thickness of ± 8 mm. Place the butter sheet, then fold it like an envelope.
- Roll lengthwise 5-7 mm thick, perform single folds.
- Let the dough stand for 15 minutes in the freezer. Thin it back, do the single fold again.
- Let the dough stand for 15 minutes in the freezer, do the above steps once again.
- Let the dough return for 30 minutes in the freezer.
- After being allowed to stand, thin the dough about ± 4 mm. Cut to a size of 6x 66cm. Fold. each side inward. Place it on a baking sheet that has been greased with margarine.
- Proofing and inflating for 50 minutes, bake at 190⁰ for 20 minutes until cooked. Remove and chill.
HOW TO MAKE A TOPPING
- Mix instant vla and liquid milk. Beat until blended and fluffy. Set aside.
- Beat the egg whites and powdered sugar until fluffy and thick.
- To finish, top with icing, instant vla, rose berry, and black berry.
- Cool and ready to serve.
