  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 80 gr Margarine
  • 400 gr ice water
How to Make
  • Stir dry ingredients GOLDEN EAGLE Flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, bread improver, baking powder, milk powder) in a bowl until well blended.
  • Pour in the eggs and ice water little by little, stirring until they become lumpy.
  • Add margarine and salt, stir until smooth.
  • Let the dough stand for 30 minutes with a plastic lid
  • Weigh the dough ± 50 grams, make a round and then flatten it.
