- 1000 gr GOLDEN EAGLE Flour
- 120 gr sugar
- 13 gr Instant Yeast
- 4 gr Bread Improver
- 6 gr Baking Powder
- 40 gr Milk Powder
- 15 gr salt
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- 80 gr Margarine
- 400 gr ice water
How to Make
- Stir dry ingredients GOLDEN EAGLE Flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, bread improver, baking powder, milk powder) in a bowl until well blended.
- Pour in the eggs and ice water little by little, stirring until they become lumpy.
- Add margarine and salt, stir until smooth.
- Let the dough stand for 30 minutes with a plastic lid
- Weigh the dough ± 50 grams, make a round and then flatten it.
