- 500 gr JAWARA flour
- 50 gr Cornstarch
- 15 gr salt
- 10 gr Powdered Chicken Broth
- 5 gr Oregano Powder
- 20 gr Garlic Powder
- 10 gr Paprika Powder
- 4 gr Baking Powder
- 1 Chicken (10)
- 200 gr ice water
- 1000 gr cooking oil
How to Make
- Soak the chicken in ice water for 1 hour
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Roll the chicken in flour, dip again in the ice water and roll back into the flour.
- Pat the chicken on the other part of the chicken.
- Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown.
