Ingredients
  • 500 gr JAWARA flour
  • 50 gr Cornstarch
  • 15 gr salt
  • 10 gr Powdered Chicken Broth
  • 5 gr Oregano Powder
  • 20 gr Garlic Powder
  • 10 gr Paprika Powder
  • 4 gr Baking Powder
  • 1 Chicken (10)
  • 200 gr ice water
  • 1000 gr cooking oil
How to Make
  • Soak the chicken in ice water for 1 hour
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, stirring until evenly distributed.
  • Roll the chicken in flour, dip again in the ice water and roll back into the flour.
  • Pat the chicken on the other part of the chicken.
  • Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown.
