- 500 gr All-purpose Wheat Flour BOLA SALJU
- 8 gr salt
- 1 egg
- 230 gr cold water
- 50 gr Butter / Margarine
- 250 gr Butter Sheet / Korsvet
FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 500 gr Strawberry Jam
How to Make
- Mix all-purpose wheat flour BOLA SALJU, salt, eggs and water.
- Stir with a low speed mixer until fluffy.
- Add butter / margarine. Increase mixer speed, stir until ¾ smooth.
- Let the dough sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Remove the dough, thin it with 4 rectangles. Place the butter sheet / corsvet on top.
- Cover the butter sheet with dough. Roll extends to a thickness of 0. 5 cm.
- Do a single fold (into 3 equal parts). Let the dough return in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll and roll in the opposite direction to the initial one. Do it up to a thickness of 0. 5 cm. Do the single fold again.
- Perform the above steps for 4 single folds.
- Thin the dough to 0. 4 cm. Cut the dough using a 5 cm diameter ring.
- Brush one part of the dough with egg. Stack with other dough.
- Cut the center of the dough with a cutter with a diameter of 3 cm. Arrange in a baking dish.
- Bake in oven temperature 185⁰ C for 20 minutes or until done.
- Cool, fill with strawberry jam on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves and fresh blueberries.
- Ready to be served.
