  • 500 gr All-purpose Wheat Flour BOLA SALJU
  • 8 gr salt
  • 1 egg
  • 230 gr cold water
  • 50 gr Butter / Margarine
  • 250 gr Butter Sheet / Korsvet


  • 500 gr Strawberry Jam
How to Make
  • Mix all-purpose wheat flour BOLA SALJU, salt, eggs and water.
  • Stir with a low speed mixer until fluffy.
  • Add butter / margarine.  Increase mixer speed, stir until ¾ smooth.
  • Let the dough sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the dough, thin it with 4 rectangles.  Place the butter sheet / corsvet on top.
  • Cover the butter sheet with dough.  Roll extends to a thickness of 0. 5 cm.
  • Do a single fold (into 3 equal parts).  Let the dough return in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Roll and roll in the opposite direction to the initial one.  Do it up to a thickness of 0. 5 cm.  Do the single fold again.
  • Perform the above steps for 4 single folds.
  • Thin the dough to 0. 4 cm.  Cut the dough using a 5 cm diameter ring.
  • Brush one part of the dough with egg.  Stack with other dough.
  • Cut the center of the dough with a cutter with a diameter of 3 cm.  Arrange in a baking dish.
  • Bake in oven temperature 185⁰ C for 20 minutes or until done.
  • Cool, fill with strawberry jam on top.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and fresh blueberries.
  • Ready to be served.
