INGREDIENTS A
- 65 gr BOLA MERAH Wheat Flour
- 10 gr Full Cream Milk Powder
- 20 gr Matcha Powder
- 1 gr Baking Powder
- 3 gr Spekkoek seasoning
INGREDIENTS B
- 400 gr Butter
- 50 gr Margarine
- 30 gr Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 gr Vanilla Pasta
INGREDIENTS C
- 20 Egg Yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 225 grams of refined sugar
How to Make
HOW TO MAKE
- Mix and sift ingredients A, set aside.
- Mix and stir ingredient B until fluffy and light, set aside.
- Mix and stir ingredients C until it expands and thickens.
- Add ingredient B to ingredient C while stirring using a spatula until blended.
- Add ingredient A, stir again until well blended.
- Preheat the oven using lower heat.
- Prepare a baking sheet with a size of 22 x 22 x 6 cm which has been lined with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture as much as 1 vegetable spoon, spread with a tablespoon.
- Bake over low heat for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Transfer the heat to high heat, pour back the dough as much as 1 tablespoon of vegetables into the pan. Smooth it back.
- Bake over heat for 1 minute. Press the top of the cake with a press tool.
- Pour the dough as much as 1 vegetable spoon back into the pan, spread with a spoon.
- Bake over fire.
- Every 5 layers, apply butter so the cake doesn't dry out.
- Bake until the dough runs out.
- Remove and ready to serve.
