  • 350 gr GOLD HANA Flour
  • 150 gr Unsalted Butter
  • 125 gr Margarine
  • 120 grams of refined sugar
  • 1 gr Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 30 gr Milk Powder
  • 20 gr Maizena
  • 5 gr Matcha Powder
  • 200 gr Refined Sugar (2)
  • 250 gr Chocolate Filling
How to Make
  • Mix and stir the unsalted butter, margarine, powdered sugar, and salt using a low speed mixer until soft and the salt dissolves.
  • Add the egg and egg yolk, stir until fluffy.
  • Mix and sieve HANA GOLD Flour, powdered milk, cornstarch and green tea powder. Set aside.
  • Pour the flour mixture gradually into the butter mixture, do it until the flour mixture runs out. Mix well.
  • Weigh and cut the dough weighing 30 grams, round and thin the middle.
  • Fill the center with chocolate filling and close it back together.
  • Round the dough, and roll the dough over powdered sugar.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in oven temperature 170⁰C for 20 minutes or until cooked.
  • Remove and chill.
  • Top with sugar (if you like).
  • Ready to be served.
