SPONGE INGREDIENTS
- 600 gr GOLDEN EAGLE Flour
- 12 gr Instant Yeast
- 2 gr Bread Improver
- 5 Whole Eggs
- 150 gr Ice Water
DOUGH INGREDIENTS
- 400 gr GOLDEN EAGLE Flour
- 30 gr Milk Powder
- 150 gr sugar
- 20 gr Salt
- 150 gr Liquid Milk
- 150 gr Butter
- 250 gr Cheese (cut into pieces)
How to Make
HOW TO MAKE SPONGE
- Stir in GOLDEN EAGLE Flour, yeast, bread improver
- Beat eggs and cold water,add the flour mixture, stir with a low speed mixer for 2 minutes
- Let the dough stand for 3 hours
HOW TO MAKE DOUGH
- Put sugar, salt, and liquid milk in a bowl, stir until dissolved.
- Put in GOLDEN EAGLE Flour, powdered milk, and sponge dough. Stir gently until it becomes lumpy.
- Increase the speed of the mixer, stir for 6 minutes.
- Lower the mixer speed, add butter, stir until blended.
- Increase the mixer speed again, stir for 5 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour in cheese, stir gently until blended
- Let the dough stand for 35 minutes. Remove gas on the dough. Let stand again for 20 minutes.
- Cut the dough weighing 260 grams, make a round and let the dough stand for 10 minutes.
- Remove the gas on the dough, make a round and arrange in a 12cm x 12cm x 25cm baking dish as much as 2 pieces of dough.
- Proofing the dough for 45-60 minutes. Brush the top of the bread with egg, grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 200⁰C for 35 minutes or until cooked.
- Ready to be served.
