- 500 gr BOLA MERAH Wheat Flour
- 1 egg
- 4 gr salt
- 800 gr water
- 30 gr Vegetable Oil
PANIR (COATING) INGREDIENTS
- 7 Egg Whites
- 300 gr Bread Flour (Panir)
FILLING INGREDIENTS
- Sufficiently Smoked Beef Meat
- Sufficient Mayonnaise
- Sufficiently Mozzarella Cheese
How to Make
How To Make
- Heat Teflon 22 cm in diameter.
- Pour the mixture of 1 vegetable spoon.
- Thin the dough by shaking the Teflon.
- Do it until the dough runs out.
Finishing
- Take 1 sheet of skin, place it flat (make sure the smooth part is on top)
- Put the smoked beef, mayonnaise and cheese.
- Fold the right and left sides, roll up from the part with the filling.
- Dip it in the egg white then roll it in breadcrumbs.
- Do it until the dough runs out.
- Heat the oil.
- Fry the risoles until golden yellow.
- Ready to be served.
