Ingredients
  • 500 gr BOLA MERAH Wheat Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 4 gr salt
  • 800 gr water
  • 30 gr Vegetable Oil 

PANIR (COATING) INGREDIENTS

  • 7 Egg Whites
  • 300 gr Bread Flour (Panir)

 

FILLING INGREDIENTS

  • Sufficiently Smoked Beef Meat
  • Sufficient Mayonnaise
  • Sufficiently Mozzarella Cheese
How to Make

How To Make

  • Heat Teflon 22 cm in diameter.
  • Pour the mixture of 1 vegetable spoon.
  • Thin the dough by shaking the Teflon.
  • Do it until the dough runs out.

Finishing

  • Take 1 sheet of skin, place it flat (make sure the smooth part is on top)
  • Put the smoked beef, mayonnaise and cheese.
  • Fold the right and left sides, roll up from the part with the filling.
  • Dip it in the egg white then roll it in breadcrumbs.
  • Do it until the dough runs out.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Fry the risoles until golden yellow.
  • Ready to be served.
