- 600 gr GOLDEN EAGLE Flour
- 400 gr All-purpose Wheat Flour SNOW BALL
- 200 gr sugar
- 15 gr Instant Yeast
- 2 gr Bread Improver
- 3 gr Baking Powder
- 15 gr salt2 eggs
- 450 gr cold water
- 100 gr Butter / Margarine
- 250 gr sesame
- 1000 gr cooking oil
How to Make
- Mix and stir GOLDEN EAGLE Flour, Snowball Multipurpose Flour, sugar, instant yeast, bread improver, baking powder and salt, stir until well blended.
- Add the eggs and water, stir until it forms a dough.
- Add butter, increase mixer speed to medium, stir until smooth.
- Remove and let the dough stand for 5 minutes.
- Cut and weigh the dough weighing 20gr, make a round and do it until the dough runs out.
- Moisten the dough with water, roll the dough over the sesame seeds.
- Let stand for 45 minutes until ¾ expands.
- Fry in medium hot oil until cooked and golden yellow.
- Remove and drain.
- Serve warm.
