  • 600 gr GOLDEN EAGLE Flour
  • 400 gr All-purpose Wheat Flour SNOW BALL
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 15 gr Instant Yeast
  • 2 gr Bread Improver
  • 3 gr Baking Powder
  • 15 gr salt2 eggs
  • 450 gr cold water
  • 100 gr Butter / Margarine
  • 250 gr sesame
  • 1000 gr cooking oil
How to Make
  • Mix and stir GOLDEN EAGLE Flour, Snowball Multipurpose Flour, sugar, instant yeast, bread improver, baking powder and salt, stir until well blended.
  • Add the eggs and water, stir until it forms a dough.
  • Add butter, increase mixer speed to medium, stir until smooth.
  • Remove and let the dough stand for 5 minutes.
  • Cut and weigh the dough weighing 20gr, make a round and do it until the dough runs out.
  • Moisten the dough with water, roll the dough over the sesame seeds.
  • Let stand for 45 minutes until ¾ expands.
  • Fry in medium hot oil until cooked and golden yellow.
  • Remove and drain.
  • Serve warm.
