Ingredients
  • 150 gr All-purpose Wheat Flour BOLA SALJU
  • 4 gr Instant Yeast
  • 200 gr warm water

 

BATTER INGREDIENTS

  • 350 gr BOLA SALJU Multipurpose Flour
  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 5 gr salt
  • 40 Milk Powder
  • 300 Liquid Milk
  • 50 gr Liquid Butter
  • 4 gr Baking Powder
  • 1 gr Baking Soda

FILLINGINGREDIENTS

  • Sufficient Red Beans Filling
  • Sufficiently Chocolate Filling
How to Make
  • Mix and stir the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, salt until the sugar dissolves evenly.
  • Gradually add the BOLA SALJU Wheat Flour, powdered milk, baking powder, baking soda and liquid milk until well blended.
  • Add the starter mixture, stir again until evenly distributed.
  • Add the melted butter, stir until evenly distributed.
  • Let stand for 30 minutes.
  • Pour half of the dough over the heated mold, then put the filling in the middle, pour the other half of the dough again, mix until blended.
  • Bake for 4 minutes, then turn over, let stand 4 minutes again then bake again until cooked
  • Remove and chill.
  • Ready to be served.
