  • 500 grams of all-purpose flour BOLA MERAH
  • 7 gr salt
  • 50 gr Maizena
  • 2 gr Pepper Powder
  • 2 gr Coriander Powder
  • 1 segment Ginger (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 gr Baking Powder
  • 400 gr water



  • 2 pieces of Leeks
  • 1 Tempe board

How To Make Filling

  • Clean the leeks, then cut them into small pieces.
  • Slice the leeks, set aside.
  • Cut tempeh thinly (according to taste)

How To Make Dough

  • Stir all the ingredients in the bowl, pour the water slowly while stirring by hand. Mix well.
  • Then enter the chopped spring onions, stir until evenly distributed.
  • Dip the tempeh slices into the batter ingredients.
  • Remove then fry in hot oil until cooked.
  • Once cooked, remove and chill.
  • Tempe mendoan is ready to be served.
