- 500 grams of all-purpose flour BOLA MERAH
- 7 gr salt
- 50 gr Maizena
- 2 gr Pepper Powder
- 2 gr Coriander Powder
- 1 segment Ginger (Finely Chopped)
- 1 egg
- 2 gr Baking Powder
- 400 gr water
FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 2 pieces of Leeks
- 1 Tempe board
How to Make
How To Make Filling
- Clean the leeks, then cut them into small pieces.
- Slice the leeks, set aside.
- Cut tempeh thinly (according to taste)
How To Make Dough
- Stir all the ingredients in the bowl, pour the water slowly while stirring by hand. Mix well.
- Then enter the chopped spring onions, stir until evenly distributed.
- Dip the tempeh slices into the batter ingredients.
- Remove then fry in hot oil until cooked.
- Once cooked, remove and chill.
- Tempe mendoan is ready to be served.
