Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

  • 1000 gr GOLDEN EAGLE Flour
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 18 gr Instant Yeast
  • 3 gr Bread Improver
  • 5 gr Baking Powder
  • 30 gr Milk Powder
  • 15 gr salt
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 100 gr Liquid Milk
  • 400 gr cold water
  • 100 gr Butter / Margarine

VANILLA BERRY FILLING INGREDIENTS

  • 250gr Instant Vla
  • 500 gr Liquid Milk
  • 300 gr Whipping Cream
  • 250 gr Rose Berry Fruit (cut into small pieces)
  • 10 gr Vanilla Essence

 

How to Make

HOW TO MAKE A DONUT BERLINER

  • Mix GOLDEN EAGLE Flour, sugar, instant yeast, bread improver, baking powder, milk powder and salt. Stir until well blended.
  • Add eggs, liquid milk, and water. Stir until it forms a dough.
  • Add the buter, increase the mixer speed to medium, stir until smooth.
  • Remove and let the dough stand for 5 minutes.
  • Cut and weigh the dough for 40gr, make a round and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Give a hole in the middle using 2 index fingers.
  • Place it on a baking sheet that has been greased with oil.
  • Proving / inflate the dough for 50 minutes until fluffy.
  • Fry in medium hot oil until cooked and golden yellow. Remove and chill.

HOW TO MAKE A BERRY FILLING VANILLA

  • Mix instant vla, and liquid milk, mix well until it becomes vla. Set aside.
  • Beat whipping cream until thickened.
  • Put the vla, stir until blended and fluffy.
  • Add rose berry and vanilla essence, mix well.
  • Ready to use.

FINISHING

  • Cut Berliner donuts.
  • Give the vanilla berry filling.
  • Ready to be served.
