PREMIX TO MAKE SOFT DONUT


INGREDIENTS:

Wheat Flour, Premix Flour (contains Antioxidant Ascorbic Acid), Caster Sugar, Salt, Raising Agent (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate and Disodium Diphosphate), Butter Synthetic Flavor, Gluten Flour, Wheat Starch.

RECIPE FOR MAKING SOFT DONUT

  • Golden Eagle Donut Mix : 100% • Instant Dry Yeast : 1% • Margarine : 10%
  • Eggs : 5% • Water : ±37.5%


RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix into a mixing bowl the Golden Eagle Donut Mix, instant dry yeast with egg and water, stir at low speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Add margarine, stir again at medium speed for 10 minutes or until developed.
  3. Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, round it up and cover it up with plastic, resting for 10-20 minutes.
  4. Cut and weigh dough into ±40 grams, flatten into 4 mm thick with a diameter of 7 cm, or shape according to taste.
  5. Put the dough on tray and resting ±50 minutes in proofing box or cover with plastic.
  6. Take out the dough from the proofing box and resting ±5 - 10 minutes.
  7. Fry in 170 - 180°C hot oil for 1 minute each side.

PREMIX TO MAKE MULTIGRAIN BREAD


INGREDIENTS:

Multigrain bread premix flour (containing antioxidant ascorbic acid), gluten flour, dextrose monohydrate (containing sulfite preservatives), Wheat Bran and salt

RECIPE FOR MAKING MULTIGRAIN BREAD

  • Golden Eagle Multigrain Bread Mix: 50 % • Wheat Flour : 50% • Instant Yeast : 1%   • Water: 60%


RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put into a mixing bowl the Multigrain Mix, wheat flour and instant yeast, stir low speed for 1 minute.
  2. Add water slowly at low speed for 2 minute.
  3. Continue mixing at medium speed for 10 minutes or until developed.
  4. Remove the dough from mixing bowl, resting for 20 minutes.
  5. Cut and weigh dough into @500 gram or according to taste.
  6. Rest in the proofing cabinet for 50 minutes.
  7. Bake into an oven at 240°C for ±40 minutes.
  8. Remove pan from the oven and cool down.

INGREDIENTS:

Premix Flour (containing wheat, eggs and milk), Sugar, Wheat Flour, Raising Agent Sodium Bicarbonate and Flour Treatment, Vanilla Synthetic Flavor, Salt.

RECIPE FOR MAKING SWISS ROLL CAKE

  • Swiss Roll Mix : 100 % • Egg : 120% • Vegetable Oil : 30%


RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put into a mixing bowl the Swiss Roll Cake Mix and eggs, stir on high speed for 6 minutes.
  2. Add the Vegetable Oil and then stir at low speed for 1 minute.
  3. Pour 650 gram of the batter or up to 3/4 portion of the Swiss Roll mold with size of 40cm x 30cm x 4cm which has been smeared with oil.
  4. Bake into the oven with top temperature ±180°C and bottom temperature 170°C for ±25 minutes or until cooked.
  5. Remove and take the Swiss Roll Cake out from their mold.

RECIPE FOR MAKING  MUFFIN CAKE

  • Muffin Mix: 100% • Water : 10% • Eggs : 40%
  • Vegetable Oil : 40 %

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put into a mixing bowl the Muffin Mix, eggs, water and oil, stir at low speed for 1 minute
  2. Continue mixing at high speed for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 5.5 cm diameter paper mold and 5 cm to 3/4 molded height.
