Ingredients
- 1000 gr All-purpose Wheat Flour BOLA SALJU
- 60 grams of sugar
- 13 gr instant yeast
- 5 gr Bread improver
- 8 gr Baking powder
- 35 gr powdered milk
- 15 gr salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 150 gr Jackfruit Banana
- 200 gr chocolate chips
- 75 gr Margarine
- 400 gr ice water
How to Make
- Mix and stir the dry ingredients (BOLA SALJU Wheat Flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, bread improver, baking powder, milk powder) in a bowl until well blended.
- Pour in the egg, jackfruit banana egg yolk and ice water little by little while stirring until it clots. Add margarine and salt, stir again until combined.
- Add the chocolate chips, stir gently and stir until smooth.
- Let the dough stand for 30 minutes while on a plastic lid.
- Thin the dough using a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm, cut with a donut cutter. Arrange in a baking sheet that has been covered with a cloth.
- Let stand for 45 minutes, until the donut expands and cover with plastic.
- Donut fry in hot oil (130 ° C) until the donuts are cooked.
- Drain the donuts.
- Ready to be served.
