Ingredients
  • 150 gr All-purpose Wheat Flour BOLA SALJU
  • 80 gr finely sliced cabbage
  • ½ Onions
  • 1 carrot (cut lengthwise)
  • 1 leek
  • 2 eggs 150 gr
  • Dashi sauce 5 gr
  • Powder Broth 3 gr
  • Salt 5 gr
  • Ground Pepper 80 gr
  • Shrimp (peeled into pieces)

 

TOPPING INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gr Mayonnaise 30 gr
  • Katsuobushi
  • 2 sheets of Smoked Beef
  • 1 sheet of Nori (cut into small pieces)

 

SAUCE INGREDIENTS

  • 50 gr Tomato Sauce
  • 25 gr Worcestershire sauce
  • 15 gr Oyster Sauce
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Powder Broth
How to Make

HOW TO MAKE SAUCE

  • Mix and stir all ingredients together.
  • Bring it to a boil. Remove and chill.
  • Ready to use.

 

HOW TO MAKE DOUGH

  • Mix and sift the BOLA SALJU All-Purpose Flour, salt, powdered broth and ground pepper in a container.
  • Pour the dashi sauce slowly while stirring until it doesn't clump.
  • Add the eggs, stir until the mixture is even.
  • Add cabbage. onions, onions, carrots, spring onions, broth, stir until evenly distributed.
  • Prepare a flat frying pan, add a little oil, then heat it.
  • Take some of the dough and cook until the bottom surface is cooked. Garnish the top with bacon, then turn the dough over to cook the top.
  • Remove, then spread with Okonomiyaki Sauce and Mayonnaise, then sprinkle with Katsubushi and Nori.
  • Ready to use.
