CRUST INGREDIENTS
- 125 Butter / Margarine
- 60 grams of refined sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla
- 225 gr All-purpose Wheat Flour BOLA SALJU
FILLING/CUSTARD INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla
- 300 ml Liquid Milk
- 150 gr pumpkin (finely steamed)
How to Make
HOW TO MAKE CRUST
- Mix and stir butter / margarine, powdered sugar, egg and vanilla until well blended.
- Add BOLA SALJU Multipurpose Flour, stir until blended and form a dough.
- Flatten the dough in a pie mold. Roll out the dough until the ends of the mold are flat and neat. Do it until the dough runs out.
- Puncture the bottom of the dough with a fork.
- Bake the pie for 10 minutes at a temperature of 170⁰C (half cooked).
- Pour the stuffing, then bake again for 20 minutes until cooked.
HOW TO MAKE FILLING
- Mix eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla, liquid milk and pumpkin, stir until blended.
- Ready to use.
FINISHING
- Place the cream topping on top of the pumpkin pie.
- Ready to be served.
