Ingredients

CRUST INGREDIENTS

  • 125 Butter / Margarine
  • 60 grams of refined sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla
  • 225 gr All-purpose Wheat Flour BOLA SALJU

FILLING/CUSTARD INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla
  • 300 ml Liquid Milk
  • 150 gr pumpkin (finely steamed)
How to Make

HOW TO MAKE CRUST

  • Mix and stir butter / margarine, powdered sugar, egg and vanilla until well blended.
  • Add BOLA SALJU Multipurpose Flour, stir until blended and form a dough.
  • Flatten the dough in a pie mold.  Roll out the dough until the ends of the mold are flat and neat.  Do it until the dough runs out.
  • Puncture the bottom of the dough with a fork.
  • Bake the pie for 10 minutes at a temperature of 170⁰C (half cooked).
  • Pour the stuffing, then bake again for 20 minutes until cooked.

HOW TO MAKE FILLING

  • Mix eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla, liquid milk and pumpkin, stir until blended.
  • Ready to use.

FINISHING

  • Place the cream topping on top of the pumpkin pie. 
  • Ready to be served.
