CAKE INGREDIENTS
- 200 gr Butter / Margarine
- 135 grams of refined sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 gr Vanilla
- 50 gr Liquid Milk
- 325 gr All-Purpose Flour BOLA SALJU
- 1 gr Baking Powder
RAPSBERRY TOPPING INGREDIENTS
- 500 gr Rapsberries
- 200 gr sugar
- 5 gr Jelly (tasteless)
- 100 gr water
How to Make
HOW TO MAKE
- Mix and stir the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until it is colored and half fluffy.
- Add the eggs one by one, stir again until fluffy.
- Add the BOLA SALJU Wheat Flour mixture and the sifted baking powder gradually, stirring until blended.
- Add liquid milk and raisins, stir evenly.
- Pour the mixture into the pan that has been coated with margarine to ¾ of the height of the pan.
- Add the topping and raspberries to the center.
- Bake at 175⁰C for 35 minutes or until cooked.
- Remove and remove from pan.
- Serve warm.
HOW TO MAKE FILLING
- Bring sugar, jelly and water to a boil.
- Add the raspberries, mix well.
- Remove and chill.
