Ingredients

CAKE INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gr Butter / Margarine
  • 135 grams of refined sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 gr Vanilla
  • 50 gr Liquid Milk
  • 325 gr All-Purpose Flour BOLA SALJU
  • 1 gr Baking Powder

 

RAPSBERRY TOPPING INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gr Rapsberries
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 5 gr Jelly (tasteless)
  • 100 gr water
How to Make

HOW TO MAKE

  • Mix and stir the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until it is colored and half fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one by one, stir again until fluffy.
  • Add the BOLA SALJU Wheat Flour mixture and the sifted baking powder gradually, stirring until blended.
  • Add liquid milk and raisins, stir evenly.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan that has been coated with margarine to ¾ of the height of the pan.
  • Add the topping and raspberries to the center.
  • Bake at 175⁰C for 35 minutes or until cooked.
  • Remove and remove from pan.
  • Serve warm.

 

HOW TO MAKE FILLING

  • Bring sugar, jelly and water to a boil.
  • Add the raspberries, mix well.
  • Remove and chill.
