Ingredients

  • 300 gr Butter
  • 100 gr Cream Cheese
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 75 gr Sugar
  • 75 grams of refined sugar

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 20 gr dark red dye
  • 15 gr Black Forest Chocolate Dye

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 330 gr HANA GOLD Flour
  • 100 gr Almond Powder (roasted ½ cooked)
  • 30 gr Milk Powder
  • 30 gr Cornstarch
How to Make

HOW TO MAKE

  • Mix and stir ingredients A until fluffy.
  • Pour the mixture of ingredients B, stir until blended.
  • Place the dough into the syringe bag.
  • Remove the dough using a syringe over the polished dough.
  • Bake the dough with an oven temperature of 150⁰C for ± 20 minutes.
  • Lower the oven temperature to 100 ⁰ for ± 20 minutes.
  • Remove and cool the dough.
  • Give toppings according to taste.
  • Ready to be served.
