Held at our Cilegon Plant, the Town Hall Meeting was a significant and memorable gathering that brought the entire Bungasari family together under the inspiring theme, "Transformation & Growth into the Next Decade". This event served as a powerful platform to reflect on our achievements, reinforce our shared vision, and strengthen the unity that has propelled us forward over the years.

The meeting featured a series of engaging and insightful discussions led by our leadership team, highlighting the strategic direction Bungasari is taking as we enter the next phase of our journey. 

A key highlight of the event was the Employee Awards ceremony, where we honored outstanding individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication through 3 categories: Do Best, Consistent Improvement, and Performing Teamwork. Special recognition was given to team members who have been with us since the very beginning, celebrating their loyalty and invaluable contributions in shaping the company’s success.
