Ingredients
  • 500 gr HANA GOLD Flour
  • 250 gr Unsalted Butter (unsalted butter)
  • 150 gr Salted Butter (salted butter)
  • 100 gr Palm Sugar
  • 100 gr refined sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 50 gr Chocolate Powder
  • 20 gr Milk Powder
  • 15 gr Cornstarch
  • 2 gr Baking Powder
  • 2 gr salt
  • 100 gr Chocolate Chip
  • 100 gr cashews (roasted, coarsely chopped)
How to Make
  • Mix and stir salted butter, unsalted butter, palm sugar, and powdered sugar until blended.
  • Add the eggs, egg yolks one by one, stir until fluffy. Set aside.
  • Combine HANA GOLD Flour, cocoa powder, milk powder, cornstarch, baking powder and salt, mix well.
  • Add the chocolate chips and cashews, mix well.
  • Add the flour mixture with egg mixture, stir until blended.
  • Form a small round dough, weighing 10 grams. Place the cookie dough on a baking sheet that has been greased with margarine, flatten with a fork. Do it until the dough runs out.
  • Bake in oven temperature 170⁰C for 30 minutes or until cooked.
  • Take it out and chill.
  • Store in an airtight jar container.
  • Serve according to taste.
