INGREDIENTS
- 100 % HANA SWISS ROLL CAKE MIX
- 120% Eggs
- 30% Vegetable Oil
How to Make
HOW TO MAKE:
- Put into a mixing bowl the HANA SWISS ROLL CAKE MIX and eggs, stir on high speed for 6 minutes.
- Add the Vegetable Oil and then stir at low speed for 1 minute.
- Pour 650 gram of the batter or up to 3/4 portion of the Swiss Roll mold with size of 40cm x 30cm x 4cm which has been smeared with oil.
- Bake into the oven with top temperature ±180°C and bottom temperature 170°C for ±25 minutes or until cooked.
- Remove and take the Swiss Roll Cake out from their mold.
COMPOSITION:
Premix Flour (containing wheat, eggs and milk), Sugar, Wheat Flour, Raising Agent Sodium Bicarbonate and Flour Treatment, Vanilla Synthetic Flavor, Salt.
